Delivery Policy

U.S. orders must be received before 11:00 AM Monday thru Friday to assure same-day delivery.

There are times through out the year, especially around holidays, when same-day orders are unavailable.

To ensure the "just right arrangement" please call 3-7 days in advance.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We deliver on Saturdays and Sundays for funeral services.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
